now produced and shewn to me contains four Counterfoils of delivery orders referencesto which are made in Book "A" pages 72, 57, 104 and 109.

The Ledger and Account Books and forms of the Bank contain entries of payments made by Fung Wa Chun or other the recipient of the delivery orders in exchange for such orders and such entries are true and correct, and to the best of my knowledge, information and belief no coal was delivered or taken away except the said 7,000 tons delivered under orders granted by the Bank in exchange for cash as aforesaid.

And 1 make this solemn Declaration con-

-scientiously believing the same to be true and by virtue of the

provisions of the Statutory Declarations Act 1835.
